Application

Machining Line for Connecting Rod

It consists of seven sets of equipment,including NC vertical machining center,horizontal machining center and NC surface grinder.

Dieforging is adopted for rough connecting rod.It mainly applies to machining of end face and hole.

The annual production capacity is 2000.The overall technological level of such production line is in domestic leading position.

Machining Line for Medium and Small Parts

It is mainly used to machine compressor piston rods,crossheads,main fasteners and flanges.The main machining equipment consists of CNC lathe,vertical miller,surface grinder,driller and NC high-precision horizontal thread roller.

Spare parts supply

The main parts of the product are generally connecting rod, power piston, piston rod, power cylinder head, compression piston, compression piston rod, bearing bush, connecting rod bearing bush, copper bearing bush, cross head, compression cylinder, distance plate, cross head pin, air valve assembly, etc. These parts are prepared in the local compressor spare parts library, spare parts library covers all kinds of wearing parts, Can fully meet the normal loss of users and compressor units, we also provide emergency failure or other possible temporary spare parts for use.
