Product description

The natural gas generator -L20V190ZLT-1 engine, the engine is a 16V gas engine prototype design and manufacture of a high-intelligence, low heat consumption, high reliability, low emissions, long life of the 20V gas engine. L20V190ZLT-1 electronically controlled mixing engine speed of 1000r/min, stand-alone power of 2000kW. Instantaneous power up to 2200kW. The instantaneous power can be up to 2200kW.

The gas engine generator system consists of natural gas engine, generator, general chassis, high elasticity coupling, control cabinet and so on. The system is equipped with perfect air intake, DC starting and electrical control systems. The generator is a synchronized AC brushless excitation generator.

Installation: indoor installation, engine and generator rigidly mounted on the chassis, the chassis is mounted on the base through the transition pads, the base and the foundation are transitioned with ground screws, and the engine and generator are connected with high elastic coupling.

Generator alternator: the generator adopts synchronous alternator of domestic famous brand. The generator is of sliding bearing type, equipped with current transformer for generator differential protection and self-excited constant voltage (AVR).

Control box

The control box is equipped with a PLC controller. Therefore, it can accurately realize the logical relationship between refueling and oil discharge, and realize manual/automatic refueling; it has an oil level alarm function (including oil pan and lubricating tank).

Cooling system

Each generator set is equipped with a set of horizontal radiators for cooling the engine's high-temperature system (primary intercooler for cylinder liners and intercooler) and low-temperature system (secondary intercooler for intercooler and lubricating oil cooler) .

The cooling water pipeline between the horizontal radiator and the GE is produced and installed on site, and each GE is equipped with a high-temperature water temperature control valve to meet the high-temperature water cooling temperature requirements.

Horizontal radiators are equipped with junction boxes. The complete cable routing from the junction box to the cooling fan, temperature sensor and expansion tank level sensor has been completed.
